Dragons & Winds Mahjong Co. is a culturally inspired Mahjong brand created to celebrate the stories, art, traditions, and achievements of civilizations around the world. Through thoughtfully designed Mahjong collections, we aim to bring people together while encouraging curiosity, conversation, and meaningful connection.

Each collection is designed as more than a game. Our tiles are thoughtfully imagined to reflect the symbols, legends, artistic traditions, and historical achievements of different cultures, allowing every game to become a journey through the remarkable story of humanity.

The brand was inspired by the way Mahjong naturally brings people together. Around the table, strangers become friends, conversations flow, and laughter is shared across generations. We wanted to combine that feeling of connection with our passion for history, culture, creativity, and world exploration.

To us, Mahjong is more than a game. It is a shared table where people connect, exchange stories, challenge their minds, and create lasting memories. Every tile represents an opportunity to learn, celebrate differences, and better understand one another.

We hope every game reminds players that no culture stands alone. Civilizations have always traded, traveled, shared knowledge, and influenced one another. We believe every culture is a chapter in the story of humanity. Although languages, traditions, and customs may differ, people across the world share common values such as family, friendship, creativity, and belonging. Celebrating these connections helps us understand and appreciate one another.

All purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Preorder items once the order is placed, regardless of production delays.
• Gift cards and promotional discounts.
• Sale or clearance merchandise.
Exceptions will be made for a quality issue raised within 7 days of order delivery.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items purchased as a bundle are only eligible for a return as a complete bundle with all included items. Items can
not be returned separately.

Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in original packaging with all inserts and accessories.
All returns require pre-authorization; unauthorized returns will be declined.

Our products are thoughtfully crafted using artisanal methods, making each piece uniquely its own. Slight variations in color, finish, or pattern are a natural part of the craftsmanship and add to the individual character of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Expected shipping dates will be displayed on each product page and acknowledged at checkout by client.

Shipping and customs processes outside our control may cause delays. By completing a pre-order purchase, you
acknowledge and agree that delivery may occur later than disclosed due to these factors, and you accept these terms
before placing your order.

Items will ship as soon as they become available and may not ship all at the same time.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order items and shipping destination.

Orders over $500 receive Free Shipping and you will see this message at checkout if you qualify.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to Tuba.Fatimamahjong@gmail.com


Please provide clear photos and details so we can assist promptly.
Approved cases will receive a return label and instructions; all items must be returned in original packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund.

We carefully track every shipment, but in the rare event your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the
issue.

At this time we do not currently ship outside of the continental USA. However, continue to check back and we may
offer international shipping at a later date.
